Seoul Bazaar Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales events, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary by destination and order size, and are calculated at checkout. We strive to provide competitive shipping rates, and any promotions on shipping fees will be automatically applied.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the destination:
Asia & Middle East: 5–10 business days
Europe & North America: 7–14 business days
Africa, Oceania & South America: 10–20 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates. Customs, weather, or other external factors may affect delivery times, for which Seoul Bazaar cannot be held liable.
5. Customs and Import Taxes
Customs or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and any such fees are the responsibility of the customer. Seoul Bazaar is not liable for delays due to customs processing.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, allowing you to follow your shipment’s progress from Seoul to your doorstep.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to Seoul Bazaar due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is unclaimed, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
